Jason McElroy is a trial lawyer with nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in complex litigation in federal and state courts. He has obtained verdicts and judgments in jury trials, bench trials and arbitration proceedings throughout the country. He has represented clients in investigations, targeted reviews, and enforcement actions by agencies including the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and their state counterparts, including state Attorneys General.
